Battle Falls is the final stop of The Wakeskate Tour for a reason. Safe to say it brings some of the best riding we see every year, and this year is certainly no exception. The riders are at their absolute best at the end of summer and Battle Falls was clearly built for progression! Following the exponential trends of progression we've seen since the Tour's inception, the quarter- and semi-finals saw clean technical lines that stand up to any Finals we’ve ever had. 46 athletes came to battle it out for this years final stop, but the last men standing were Nick Taylor, Ben Horan, Austin Pastura, Reed Hansen, Yan Lecomte and Andrew Pastura. With such a heavy roster, this was lining up to be one of the best Super-Finals our industry has ever seen.

In less then a week we will be kicking off the Finals in Groveland, Florida which will bring to an end the hunt for the crown and the top ten who will be invited to Spring Training in the Philippines courtesy of the CWC and Republic Wake Parks.  We will see you there for the Finals on August 30th. This event is open to all public so tell everyone you know. Pool party’s, skateboarding, fun and games will be on hand to make it a very festive day and top off the already world class wakeskating.

Supra Boats @Supra_Boats was stoked to be involved in the Wakeskate Tour finale this year. The venue, Battle Falls, was the creation of Team Supra Boats World Champion Wakeskater, Reed Hansen @ReedAHansen. It's only fitting that after years of hard work on this site and this event, Reed came out victorious in the tournament. Everyone, including his competitors, were so excited to see him perform so well. Rockstar Energy Drink in cooperation with Fox Wake and The Wakeskate Tour put this Battle Falls video together. Team Supra Boats Pro Wakeskater Reed Hansen Wins Battle Falls

With two Supra Boats @Supra_Boats SA550s floating front row for the action, Battle Falls lived up to the excitement as this weekend’s amazing event proved that wakeskating is consistently one-upping itself. Team Supra Boats Reed Hansen took home the Mens Wakeskate gold with Cassie Scott winning the Womens Divisoin, Clemént Depremonville getting Best Trick and Andrew Pastura earning The Wakeskate Tour Overall prize. The Wakeskate Tour’s 2013 season has been a growing success and it’s safe to say this tour has made a lasting impression on the industry.
