Supra Boats Earns 8th Consecutive Customer Satisfaction Award
The National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) once again announced Supra Boats as a winner of the 2013 Marine Industry CSI Award. For 8 years in a row this luxury performance wake boat brand has achieved an excellent rating from the NMMA in customer satisfaction. Supra Boats was one of only three luxury water sports boat manufacturers who maintained 90% or higher customer satisfaction for the 2012/ 2013 reporting period and Supra is the only one of that exclusive group who has achieved this level of excellence for eight years consecutively. Supra Boats is extremely proud to be recognized for excellence in customer satisfaction, as part of NMMA’s Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) program.
Supra Boats Earns 7th Consecutive Customer Service Award
The National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) announced Supra Boats as a recipient of the 2012 Marine Industry CSI Award. That makes it 7 years in a row for this luxury performance wake boat brand. Supra Boats was recognized individually for excellence in customer satisfaction, as part of NMMA’s Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) program.
Supra Boats will be acknowledged during the annual Industry Breakfast at the 2012 International Boat Builders’ Exhibition and Conference (IBEX) in Louisville, Kentucky.
Indmar Supra Wakesurfing Engine Wins IBEX Innovation Award
Indmar Marine Engines was honored with innovative achievement for the new Supra 345 Assault CAT engine by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) and Boating Writers International (BWI). The award ceremony took place at the 2011 International BoatBuilders’ Exhibition & Conference (IBEX) Innovation Awards in Louisville. Indmar received the 2011 IBEX Innovation Award during the annual IBEX Industry Breakfast at the Kentucky Exposition Center on October 17, 2011.
Supra Boats Earns 6th Consecutive Customer Service Award
The National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) announced Supra Boats as a recipient of the 2011 Marine Industry CSI Award. That makes it 6 years in a row for this luxury performance wakeboard boat brand. This latest award joins Skier’s Choice's recent WSIA Buzz Brand of the Year Award in a crowded trophy. Skier’s Choice, manufacturer of Supra and Moomba Boats, was recognized for excellence in customer satisfaction, as part of NMMA’s Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) program while the industry's other top producing water sports boat manufacturers were not mentioned.
