The extreme wakes of the Supra Boats @Supra_Boats SE550 launched competitors from 15 different countries to new heights at the 2014 Rockstar WWA Wakeboard World Championships, especially Team Supra Boats. Supra Boats Factory Riders dominated the event with four World Championship titles in Boys, Jr Pro Men, Pro Women and Pro Wakeskate. Sam Brown, Cory Teunissen, Bec Gange and Reed Hansen represented themselves, their respective countries and Supra Boats with crowd-astonishing championship runs. But amazing performances behind the 2015 SE550 World Edition with the new 575 6.2L Roush Supercharged Ford Raptor Engine by Indmar spanned the entire competition thanks to flawless pulls by the official tow boat and the amazing conditions of Mills Pond in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The extreme performance of the SE550 shined on the diverse Worlds stage pulling the best out of amateur competitors all the way to the pros. Last Thursday night during the 11th annual Wake Awards the winner of the Rockstar Energy 2014 Miss WAKEBOARDING presented by Supra Boats @Supra_Boats was revealed! Alicia Watson hailing from Atlanta, Georgia was flown in as the special guest and honorary presenter during the Wake Awards ceremony and was handed the crown to be the 2014 Miss WAKEBOARDING!

Supra's New SE550 Wake Boat to Pull World Championships This Week

The 2015 Supra Boats @Supra_Boats SE550 will be pulling riders at the 2014 Rockstar WWA Worlds, Presented by Supra Boats at Mills Pond Park in Fort Lauderdale, FL September 11-14, 2014. 2014 Rockstar WWA Wakeboard World Championships Headed to Ft. Lauderdale

Mills Pond Park to Host Prestigious Event for First Time Ever Sept. 11-14

Orlando, FL. — More than 200 of the planet’s best amateur and professional wakeboarders and wakeskaters will flock to Mills Pond Park in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. from Sept. 11 - 14 for the 2014 Rockstar WWA Wakeboard World Championships presented by Supra. The prestigious annual event attracts athletes from all corners of the globe including the U.S., Canada, Japan, Mexico and Australia.

Competitors, ranging from seven to 55 years old, earn an invitation to the prestigious event by qualifying at their respective countries’ national championships. The 2014 event is expected to feature some the sport’s biggest names including Supra Team riders Austin Hair, Taylor McCullough, Trevor Hansen, Reed Hansen, Brad Teunissen, Cory Teunissen and Bec Gange.

Team Supra Boats Pro Wakeskater Reed Hansen Wins Battle Falls

With two Supra Boats @Supra_Boats SA550s floating front row for the action, Battle Falls lived up to the excitement as this weekend’s amazing event proved that wakeskating is consistently one-upping itself. Team Supra Boats Reed Hansen took home the Mens Wakeskate gold with Cassie Scott winning the Womens Divisoin, Clemént Depremonville getting Best Trick and Andrew Pastura earning The Wakeskate Tour Overall prize. The Wakeskate Tour’s 2013 season has been a growing success and it’s safe to say this tour has made a lasting impression on the industry.
